Shipping times are estimates only. Please allow one business day for processing and two business days for shipping. Shipping during holidays and to remote locations may take longer.
Returns & Exchanges
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may contact us at (423) 834-5686 or email@example.com and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you free of charge.
Royal Highnies accepts returns or exchanges (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (royalhighnies.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. Please include the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of delivery. The refund will be made in the original form of payment, with a $8 shipping and handling fee deducted. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.
